JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and supervise meat preparing operation to make sure that it match with QTY order and follow food safety requirement
- Check product stock, make internal QTY order and send to data to FPC order team
- Supervise and check product issuing to store process to make sure that it follow QTY order
- Check and observe chiller/freezer’s temperature and write down in record
- Ensure that FIFO policy is followed
- Supervise and check staff cleaning/organize equipment and working area
- Check and observe pest activity
- Record food safety related reports
- Assign staff to prepare packaging in packing room
- Check staff daily attendance and staff personal hygiene
- Check and sign on staff permission request, OT request
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree of related fields
- At least one year of experience in management of meat preparing operation and managing team
- Basic understanding of English
- Be flexible and problem solving
- Can use Ms. Office and Excel
