JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and supervise meat preparing operation to make sure that it match with QTY order and follow food safety requirement
  • Check product stock, make internal QTY order and send to data to FPC order team
  • Supervise and check product issuing to store process to make sure that it follow QTY order
  • Check and observe chiller/freezer’s temperature and write down in record
  • Ensure that FIFO policy is followed
  • Supervise and check staff cleaning/organize equipment and working area
  • Check and observe pest activity
  • Record food safety related reports
  • Assign staff to prepare packaging in packing room
  • Check staff daily attendance and staff personal hygiene
  • Check and sign on staff permission request, OT request

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree of related fields
  • At least one year of experience in management of meat preparing operation and managing team
  • Basic understanding of English
  • Be flexible and problem solving
  • Can use Ms. Office and Excel
