Store Replenishment Supervisor

Job Overview:

  • Roll out demand planning & forecasting management horizontally, and review the freeze period on monthly/weekly basis to ensure demand and supply are properly aligned
  • Manage inventory holding according to the target and the approved budget while the excess & shortage stock shall be well monitored simultaneously
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare the findings, propose scenarios, and translate to management for making consideration
  • Measure and report the impact of inventory replenishment and shipment planning
  • Lead forecast, and inventory planning meetings with all relevant internal and external stakeholders,
  • Keep communicating with key stakeholders all the time to update them on the supply chain constraint
  • Involve with system enhancement and liaise with global stakeholders upon the related issue
  • Establish and develop the report, ad-hoc reports, and seasonal report for pertinent stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Regularly review Supply Chain’s KPI, drive performance, and perform root cause analysis
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
  • Vendor engagement

Requirements:

  • The incumbent is willing to learn something new, an open-minded person, and able to adapt to quick change in business strategy
  • He or she is a person who is keen on data analytics and analysis and knows how to
  • interpret the findings
  • At least have a fundamental understanding of retail business
  • Experience in SKU performance such as fast-moving, slow-moving, long-term OOS, and seasonal/festive SKU
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot table in-depth function / Power Pivot, detail dashboard, and some experience in Developer Mode function), and Power Point knowledge shall be beneficial
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain department
