JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage store operations and achieve budget sales by adhering to SOP;
2. Manage team member performance and development;
3. Achieve customer service standards to meet and exceed customers' expectation;
4. Ensure food safety system and its SOP meets statutory requirement;
5. Manage shrinkage and out of stock within the company's benchmark.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in retails.
• Possess the passion for retails.
• Possess the passion for working with people and developing them.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with understanding in English.
• Good skill of Ms. Office and Excel.
