Conditions to apply for membership card

1. Customers must show their ID card, driver’s license or passport at the membership card office at Lucky Shopping Mall to apply for membership.
2. The customer has to pay $ 1 (one US dollar).
3. After completing the form, the customer must keep the receipt to receive the member-ship card.
4. Customers can get Lucky membership card at the branch where the customer completes the form.
5. After completing the form for one week (only working days), customers can get Lucky membership card.

Conditions for members to request a card re-placement or a damaged card

1. Customers need to show their old card at the member card issuer at Lucky Mall branch to request a new card.
2. The customer has to pay $ 1 (one US dollar).
3. When transferring points to a new card, the old card will be deactivated.
4. After completing the form, the customer must keep the receipt to receive the member-ship card.
5. Customers can get Lucky membership card at the branch where the customer completes the form.
6. After completing the form for one week (only working days), customers can get Lucky membership card.
( Lucky Membership Card staff will contact customers to pick up the card )

Conditions for missing membership card

1. The customer must show the ID card, driv-er’s license or passport that the customer used to fill out at the membership card issu-ance office at Lucky Shopping Mall branch in order to request the old card with return points.
2. The customer pays $ 2 (two US dollars).
3. When transferring points to a new card, the old card will be deactivated.
4. After completing the form, the customer must keep the receipt to receive the member-ship card.
5. Customers can get Lucky membership card at the branch where the customer completes the form.
6. After completing the form for one week (only working days), customers can get Lucky membership card.
(Lucky Membership Card staff will contact the customer to pick up the card)

Terms of use of membership card

1. Customers need to show their Lucky member-ship card to Cashier before payment.
2. For every 5,000riel spent, the customer will receive 1 point and your score will increase depending on the amount of your expenses.
3. Your score will be displayed on the in-voice each time you come to shop and your score will increase the next day.
4. Points saved All members can check and change at any time at any Lucky supermarket every working hour.
5. The points of each member are not transferable.
6. Your points will be reduced when you re-deem the prize.
7. When your Lucky Membership Card is lost, please contact Lucky Shopping Center immediately to have the Lucky Membership Card section suspend your membership card.
8. Lucky Membership Card is available at Lucky Lucky Premium and Lucky Express
9. Lucky membership card has no expiration date.
10. One customer can only get one Lucky membership card.
11. All members must sign the membership application form before using the card and the information provided by the member is correct and in case of any mistake, we are not responsible for any information provided by the member correctly. Keep it a secret.
12. We reserve the right to refuse to provide Lucky Membership Card to any customer
who does not comply with the terms.
13. Lucky Membership Card is not a credit card. We reserve the right to revoke or dis-continue use in the event of any misuse by any customer.

Conditions to change the points

1. Customers must present their Lucky Member-ship Card and ID card at the membership card issuance
office at the Lucky Mall branch to request a point redemption.
2. After completing the form, the customer must keep the receipt one week (only working days),
the customer can get a coupon. (Membership card staff and contact customers to receive coupons)

3. When the customer comes to receive the coupon, the customer must connect the receipt to receive the coupon.
4. Customers must use the coupon before the expiration date.
5. Customers can receive coupons at the branch where the customer has completed the form.
6. This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. DFI Lucky Private Limited is not responsible for the loss or theft of this coupon and cannot be redeemed.
