JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent degrees
• At least one year experience in managing site construction
• Computer skills: AutoCad, Ms. Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project Management skills
• Good communication and problem solving
